The office hours are the hours of operation for the property when the facility manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours your ARC can be accessed using your assigned electronic gate code. 

You can access your ARC at most locations during gate hours posted online and at the Park. Customers with access codes have 24/7 access to their ARC. Please note that payments made on delinquent accounts after ARC Park business hours will not allow gate access or ensure lockout removal until the next business day.

The Stuff-it ARC rental is owned by the Stuff-it company, and rented out to a leasing customer. Whereas, an Owner ARC, can be only owner occupied, or deemed available for rent from the Owner, through the Stuff-it membership rental agreement. Stuff-it will rent company owned ARC's, and available Owner ARC's at the same monthly rate. 

You'll never have to visit your storage unit again!.

Valet storage is available for customers with smaller storage needs, or find it more convenient for their schedules for Stuff-it pick their storage items up and take to their ARC. This way you can rent only the amount of space you need, and we will return the items to you as directed. These ARC solutions are ideal for the customer with no time or labor help to move their items into storage.

Yes, you can order an ARC delivery on the website, by phone, or at any ARC Park Sales office, perfect for moving your valuables. You simply give us your address for delivery, location on your property and schedule a time for drop off, and Stuff-it will handle the rest. 

Once delivery is made, you can load your ARC at your own pace, and simply schedule a pickup when you're finished. We will return the ARC to the ARC Park to its corresponding lot number. 

The best part is, you have access to your items at any time when you visit the ARC Park. No restrictions or waiting period!  

Push carts, and hand trucks are available at most facilities. If assistance is needed, simply let a Stuff-it Storage manager know, and we will be happy to assist with the correct equipment. 

You can set up a rental reservation on our website, or contact the Manager at the ARC Park where you will be renting. We have company trucks, and rental trucks at each ARC Park. 

Climate control is a feature that we offer at many of our ARC Parks. Climate controlled units are cooled or heated to with controlled humidity to protect your stored belongings from extreme temperatures variations. 

Most ARC Parks offer parking for the storage of RVs, boats, cars, trailers and other personal motorized assets. Contact your nearest ARC Park to reserve a spot. 

Yes. All Stuff-it ARC Parks offer a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies. 

You can purchase a new, specialty containment lock at your ARC Park Retail location and no one else will have a key to that lock. We offer a variety of sizes and types of locks, and to ensure the highest level of security, we highly recommend the purchase of our specialty containment lock. 

Most of our ARC Parks have an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant. 

We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead. This timeframe may change depending on the ARC Park and/or the ARC being reserved. 

Stuff-it wants to assure your storage experience is stress-free, including paying your bill. We offer the convenience of AutoPay, which will automatically charge your Mastercard®, Discover®, or Visa® each month without additional fees. You can also pay with cash, check or credit card at your ARC Park office, mail your check, or take advantage of your bank's online bill payment system for no extra charge. We also accept credit card payments in our website’s secure online Customer Dashboard.  

We accept several major credit cards including MasterCard®, Discover®, and Visa.

Yes, paying your bill online is available when you log in to our online Customer Dashboard. 

Yes, you are responsible for those items you store at a Stuff-it ARC Park and insurance for those items is required. We offer affordable DIY- storage insurance options at the ARC Park. In the event that you are already covered, a copy of the declaration’s page must be available at the time of rental. 

One of the following forms of identification; state-issued identification card, driver's license, passport, or military ID. 

Advance notice is appreciated, but not required. 

We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your storage needs. Stuff-it ARC sizes range from 5x8, or 40 square feet, to 8x40, or 320 square feet. This is do-it-yourself storage, which is an affordable, efficient way for you to store your life's valuable assets. Self-storage makes it easy to store items of all shapes and sizes in one convenient storage location. With our ARC containment system, your assets will be the most secure, and damage free from all normal complaints registered within other storage options. 

Yes! All of the ARC Parks are completely enclosed with gated entrance, and your own access code. In addition, the entire Park has exterior lighting and video surveillance for recorded security. So, you can access your belongings at any time. 

Yes! As an owner, it is your ARC. You can treat it as you would a home, you can rent it out at a price you set yourself. OR, Stuff-it offers all owners the ease and efficiency of letting us manage this for you. There are owners that purchase units solely as investment property. 

Valet storage is one of the most popular offerings within Stuff-it. Essentially, we will provide you all the bins and packing materials, you need to pack the items you want in storage. 

If you want we will provide you the ability to take a photo library of your items, and keep it on your Stuff-it customer dashboard, for easy retrieval at a later date. When you're finished you can notify us on any device, and schedule a time for us to pick up your items and take back to your ARC for storage. 

Then, upon your request, you can notify us to retrieve any or all of the items you stored, and we will set a time for us to return those items to you at your home, or to a location you request. 

ARC storage with Stuff-it can be used for many purposes:

Yes. As an ARC owner, if you want individual security for your ARC we can have the security system installed for you or you can use your own provider. 

You can provide your own lock, or we can sell you our specialty containment lock. Stuff-it Storage emphasizes our specialty lock for maximum security of your ARC.

In addition to locks, we provide packing and moving supplies to make your storage or moving experience stress-free. Even better, we offer all of these great storage/moving supplies at very affordable prices. 

Yes. Your ARC can be used for business and/or personal use. Any business owner, or rep, can use their ARC for storage, or even an off-site office if needed. 

Yes, you are responsible for those items you store at Stuff-it and insurance for those items is required. We offer affordable DIYSelf-storage insurance options at the ARC Park.

Our locations have extra wide drive aisles, allowing your rental truck, which you can rent from your ARC Park, or movers easy access to your unit. 

We offer FREE hand-trucks, push-carts and/or dollies at many of our ARC Parks. We recommend contacting one of our helpful managers to check truck and hand cart availability. 

Valet storage is available to those who want to minimize the time and effort required for this process. 

Yes, as many people can purchase an ARC, or multiple ARC's together as you would like. You may share the use, income, and expense write-offs any way you choose. 

With the use of shipping containers for your ARC, resale is a huge market, with high demand across the country. Your ARC will hold its value far more than most shipping containers, due to not continuously being shipped from one port to another.

Your ARC will have it's own ID number, and can be sold within our ARC Parks, or to any individual user across the country. 

The purchase of your ARC can prove to be an investment with an average return of 12-14%. You can sell it yourself, ask us to sell it for you, or buy, sell, or trade ARCs within the ARC Park system.

If you move, your ARC can go with you and can be used to store and move as much of your belongings as you can pack in it. 

When you decide to move or relocate, be sure to talk to your ARC Park Manager about the efficiency of your ARC move. You will have the choice of using your ARC for the move, and it will go with you. Or, if you're moving across the country, and the distance of travel makes it too expensive to send your ARC that distance, you can trade your ARC for another ARC at your new location.
